Coach Rachel Ofstie

Bio: I’m a 32-year-old elementary school teacher in southern Minnesota. I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2005, and underwent a total tyroidectomy. I subsequently gained a lot of weight. I felt depressed and unmotivated to work out. In spring 2011, I read about Shakeology in O Magazine, and decided to give it a try. I’ve been drinking Shakeology daily ever since, and I’m now down over 22 lbs. and 16″. I’m still working hard at reaching my goal, and Shakeology has been the best nutritional choice to help me do so! I have recently started working out with ChaLEAN Extreme for strength and Rockin’ Body for cardio. I love them both. I will have medical thyroid problems for the rest of my life, but I have stopped making excuses and no longer feel depressed and helpless.
