The fit50 recipe collection generally includes selections that are prepared with fresh ingredients, utilizing low-fat cooking techniques. Some are fit50 originals, but most were inspired by recipes out of cooking magazines or cookbooks, from one of our favorite Food Network chefs, or were selections that we’ve previously enjoyed at a great restaurant. Each recipe includes nutritional content, and most tell a story or include preparation tips!
