We decided to clown around on Friday night and made a late afternoon decision to hit the Ansar Shrine Circus and grab a pizza and salad. Yep, a night on the town!! … or at least an evening.
You might have noticed that this decision had us alter from our weekly plan. While the salmon was defrosted and items were in the house to prepare our planned meal, we made the decision to postpone our salmon until Sunday. This is OK.
The main purpose of having a meal plan is to think about your week ahead so you are never stuck at 5pm saying “What’s for dinner?” This is a common question we get, and this experience Friday was a perfect opportunity for me to provide some clarification. At any rate..here’s what’s up this week:
