Natalie Jeckel McGee coaches and mentors young women on the art of living a mindful, healthful, and beautiful life. She also moonlights as a commercial print model and on-camera commercial actress. A voluntary vegetarian, Natalie believes that healthy and nutritious meals are the key to a healthy and energetic you. She chooses organic foods whenever possible and also enjoys preparing vegan meals on a weekly basis. Having learned her culinary skills by watching Food Network, Natalie also believes anyone can cook. When she’s not cooking, coaching, or in front of the camera, Natalie loves creating a peaceful environment, crafting, reading, listening to podcasts, practicing yoga, jogging, and recycling.
