This coaching package with Ilze Alberts consists of one 2-hr Introductory & Diagnostics Zoom video session, a further eleven weekly follow-up 1-hr Zoom video sessions and 6 whatsapp message check-ins over the 3-month period.
Total of 13 hours.
Once you have paid, we will be in touch via email, to set up a suitable time for both you and Ilze to have your introductory session. At the end of each session, a time for your next session will then be set.
